So even if full assistance you are covered for our routes. If you have a longer route of your own you want to explore, you can use lower assistance settings such as sport for up to 60km, tour for up to 77km and eco for up to 135 km!

This depends how fast you can pedal! They are pedal assist bikes fo as you pedal the motorised assistance is activated. The motor cuts off at 25km/h (in line with current EU legislation), but on a downhill stretch, you will certainly reach speeds above this.

Yes!

If you book consecutive days you will be provided with a battery charger. If you are hiring for multiple days, you must not cycle in the dark and have safe indoor storage for the bike to be kept overnight and charged. A full battery charge takes 4 hours.

If you want to hire for multiple days but are unable to store and charge overnight, this is not a problem, you can return it to the shop each evening and collect it in the morning fully charged and ready to go.

It is a legal requirement in Spain when riding an eBike. You can be fined by the police for not wearing one.

Yes! They are all the same size, based on a retro, chopper, motorbike style. The long seat allows you to change your riding position depending on your height.

The manufacturers recommended rider height is between 155cm to 195cm.

All under 18’s must be accompanied by an adult and have permission from their parent or guardian. The minimum age is 14y/o.

Yes. All bikes are provided with padlocks and keys, and must always be locked while unattended.

For all eBike rental, you need to bring water, wear comfortable clothing for cycling, and appropriate shoes such as trainers. You will need a rucksack to carry your belongings in, and a fully charged phone to follow the route. Don’t forget sunscreen - you may feel the breeze on the eBIke but remember to reapply regularly.

100€ per eBike, which is returned at the end of the day when the bike is back in its original condition. You can pay this in cash or by card, upon eBike collection.

If you chose one of our routes the app works just like any other navigation. You download the app Komoot, and then in your booking confirmation, you’ll receive a link to our routes. You click on the one that you want to do and the app automatically opens up the route for you! Now you are ready for your adventure!

Yes, we deliver across the island, to hotels and private villas.

Most of our routes leave from the shop but we can often design a custom route from your location.
